About the Artist

Kasha Mika is an artist, ceramics teacher, fine art framer, and Kansas City kid born and raised. They hold undergraduate degrees in art and music from St. Olaf College and did a year of graduate study in illustration at Syracuse University. Their primary mediums are digital drawing/painting and ceramics, but they’ve been known to dabble in other mediums such as collage, printmaking, jewelry, and fiber arts as well. They enjoy pop-punk and nu metal, making and listening to podcasts, being gay married, tabling local craft fairs, writing/illustrating/playing tabletop games, and writing fanfiction. They live in Lawrence, Kansas with their wife, their dog Daphne, and a big pile of art supplies.
